Preparation
- Ensure the jump starter is fully charged before use. Check the battery level on the LCD screen.
- Inspect the clamps and cables for any damage before connecting.
- Make sure the vehicle ignition is switched off.
Connecting to the Vehicle Battery
- Open the vehicle’s bonnet and locate the battery terminals.
- Always connect the positive (red) clamp first to the battery’s positive (+) terminal.
- Then connect the negative (black) clamp to the battery’s negative (–) terminal or an unpainted metal part of the engine block if recommended for your vehicle.
- Ensure the clamps are firmly and securely attached.
Starting the Vehicle
- Switch on the jump starter if required.
- Attempt to start the vehicle. Do not crank the engine for more than 5 seconds at a time.
- If the engine does not start, wait at least 30 seconds before trying again.
- Once the vehicle starts, disconnect the negative (black) clamp first, then the positive (red) clamp.
- Allow the vehicle to run for several minutes to charge its own battery.
After Use
- Recharge the jump starter as soon as possible to keep it ready for emergencies.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture, or heat sources.
Charging the Jump Starter
- Use the supplied USB-C cable or DC charger to recharge the unit.
- Charge only in environments between 0 °C and +40 °C.
- Do not leave the unit unattended while charging.
