Highly resistant to water
Tested D4 quality in accordance with DIN/EN 204. Tested by the Institut für Fenstertechnik e.V., (German Institute for Window Technology) in Rosenheim
High thermal stability
For high-strength outdoor bonded connections
Special dispensing cap
The twist-off cap enables clean working without the nozzle getting clogged and allows the cap to be closed quickly
For universal use
For structural production of moisture-resistant windows, door frame and cassette gluing, stairs, hand rails etc. Also highly suitable for higher wood moistures
Foaming
Foaming allows the adhesive to easily bridge gaps
No risk of discolouration
Discolouration is also prevented on woods with a high proportion of tannic acid
Preliminary tests should be carried out to ascertain that the appropriate adhesion properties are achieved for the relevant design and wood type. For ash, we recommend substrate pre-treatment with Adhesion Plus plastic/stone/wood (art. no. 089010062). Oily woods should be glued immediately after processing in order to minimise the risk of formation of a separating layer.
The usage instructions are recommendations based on the tests we have conducted and are based on our experience; carry out your own tests before each application. Datasheets(X)
For gluing all wood types, especially outdoors. Complies with stress group D4 in accordance with DIN/EN 204. For heat- and water-resistant wood constructions, as well as for bonding wood and engineered woods with each other or with metals, rubber, concrete and various plastics.
Typical applications:
- Window and door gluing; - boat building
- Interior and exterior construction
- Ladder and garden furniture gluing (made of wood)
- Bonding of sandwich panels made of polyurethane or polyester
- Hard foam with plywood or hard plastic plates (Duropal etc.)
- House door frame and cassette gluing
- Stairs and banisters, handrails
- Frame gluing
- Balcony railings
- Garden furniture and fences
- Assembly joints, surface joints, board joints and block gluing
- Joint bonding of MDF panels
- Stationary edge coating with veneers and solid-wood strips
- Soft, hard and exotic woods and particle boards
- Bonding of mineral building panels, ceramic materials, concrete materials and hard foams
Apply PUR glue directly from the bottle or using a trowel on one side on a dust and grease-free surface and on two sides on porous materials. One of the two materials
should be absorbent. Remove any fresh splashes of glue using the PU cleaner. Older glue residues can only be removed mechanically. For more information, please refer to the technical data sheet.
