Point chisel

Flat chisel
For general breaking-up and breaking-through work (spiking, mortising, knocking out, pounding, breaking open, breaking out etc.). For softer materials. Can also be used for marking masonry to be knocked out.
Spade chisel
Knocking plaster off walls and loosening soil, screed and bitumen.
Regular application of the chisel when working also increases the removal rate as well as reducing the risk of binding.
