The thumbturn cylinder is delivered without keys; these must be ordered separately.
Locking systems are special-order products. The customer does not have the right to return or exchange the product.
Delivery time is approx. 10-15 working days; if the order includes cylinders that are 61 mm or longer on the cylinder side, this is extended to 20 working days.
